I hope you’ve found this blog useful.
If so, you may be wondering if I can help you or your organisation?
I help organisations with their knowledge and learning issues in the following ways:
- For those who want self-directed learning – I write books and articles and this blog.
- For those who want training – I run training courses – in-house personalised sessions, open sessions, knowledge-sharing groups, webinars through MBL and also online courses.
- Follow my Eventbrite page for early notification of courses.
I can help you with knowledge, learning, efficiency and innovation projects. I can analyse your knowledge and learning needs and write your knowledge strategy for you, or I can coach and mentor you through the process and teach you to be self-sufficient.
All services can be adapted to be offered virtually.
All my work is evidence-based, with a strong foundation in KM research and theory because I would not want to risk your business on experimentation or fad. Even so, I pride myself in being practical and jargon-free. My Practical Projects book was declared “One of the most pragmatic KM texts” and one of the most common comments about my training is that it is “practical and useful“.
I primarily work with professional services firms, but most of my knowledge and experience is transferable to any knowledge intensive business. If you are unsure if I’d be a good fit for your organisation, give me a call and we can chat.
I am a member of the international Law Consultancy Network. If you would like to learn more about what they do, you can see their website here or have a look at this handy infographic.
You can find out more on my business website here.

I look forward to working with you!
